As Administrative Assistant at Heartland Financial Services, Regan Armintrout plays a crucial role in ensuring our firm functions smoothly. She is responsible for managing administrative tasks and assisting Tate with scheduling, paperwork, and other responsibilities, enabling him to focus on client meetings and prepare effectively for his daily tasks. Regan's attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and passion for supporting others make her an essential pillar of our team.
Before joining the Heartland Financial Services team, Regan worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist, and spent a decade in an administrative role in the medical field, before taking on her most cherished role as a stay-at-home mom, nurturing her family and creating lasting memories with her children.
Born and raised in Dawson, Regan now resides in Edinburg, IL, with her husband, Brian, and their four children. She finds great joy in watching her children participate in sports and games, actively supporting and encouraging them every step of the way. Regan and her family are involved in the community as members of Westside Christian Church.
